Posted on August 28, 2025

Here’s a super simple and delicious recipe for 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Ballsβ€”no baking required!

🍫 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls

πŸ“ Ingredients:

  • 1 package (about 36) Oreo cookies

  • ΒΎ cup creamy peanut butter

  • 10–12 oz chocolate (melting wafers, chocolate chips, or almond bark)

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Instructions:

  1. Crush the Oreos:

    • Add whole Oreos (filling and all) to a food processor and pulse until they form fine crumbs.

    • (No processor? Place cookies in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.)

  2. Mix with Peanut Butter:

    • Transfer Oreo crumbs to a bowl and mix in the peanut butter until fully combined.

    • The mixture should be thick and moldable.

  3. Form Balls:

    • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    • Chill in the freezer for 15–20 minutes to firm up.

  4. Coat in Chocolate:

    • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.

    • Dip each ball in melted chocolate, using a fork or dipping tool. Let excess drip off.

    • Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.

  5. Let Set:

    • Chill again until the chocolate is set (about 10–15 minutes).

🍬 Optional Toppings (Still 3 Ingredients if you skip!):

  • Crushed Oreos

  • Sea salt

  • Drizzle of peanut butter or white chocolate

🧊 Storage:

  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.
