Here’s a super easy 4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken with Stuffing recipe—perfect for a no-fuss, hearty meal that cooks while you relax!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 box of stuffing mix (about 6 oz, such as Stove Top)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom, if preferred)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Place the chicken breasts (or thighs) in the bottom of the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper to taste (optional).
  2. Make the Stuffing:

    • In a separate bowl, mix the stuffing mix with the chicken broth (or water) according to the instructions on the box (you’ll likely only need about 1/2 cup liquid, since the chicken will release some juices while cooking).
  3. Add the Cream of Chicken Soup:

    • Spoon the cream of chicken soup over the chicken in the slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with Stuffing:

    • Spoon the prepared stuffing mix on top of the chicken and soup mixture in the slow cooker. Don’t stir—just let it sit on top.
  5. Cook:

    • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is golden and fluffy.
  6. Serve:

    • Once done, shred the chicken if you prefer, or serve the chicken breasts whole, topped with the stuffing. Enjoy!
