Posted on November 23, 2024
5-Minute Million Dollar Dip is a quick, creamy, and savory dip that’s perfect for parties, gatherings, or as a snack. It’s a popular dish, often made with just a few simple ingredients, but it packs a punch of flavor. Here’s a straightforward recipe you can whip up in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp or mild, your choice)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (about 4-5 green onions)
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 3-4 slices)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Use a spatula or hand mixer to blend them together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cheese and bacon: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. If you’re using garlic powder, add it now as well.
  3. Season and mix: Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving dish and serve immediately with crackers, tortilla chips, veggies, or bread.

Tip: You can also chill it for an hour in the fridge if you prefer it colder, but it’s perfectly fine to serve immediately.

This Million Dollar Dip is simple yet decadent, with creamy texture, savory bacon, and a cheesy, tangy flavor. It’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser!
