Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a fun and delicious twist on traditional stuffed strawberries. Here’s a simple recipe to make these delightful treats:

Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 pint (16 oz) fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries:
    • Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
    • Slice the tops off each strawberry, and carefully scoop out a small portion from the center using a small spoon or a paring knife. Be careful not to cut through the sides.
  2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Continue to beat until well combined and creamy.
  3. Fill the Strawberries:
    • Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture. You can also use a small Ziploc bag with the tip cut off if you don’t have a piping bag.
  4. Add the Graham Cracker Crumbs:
    • Sprinkle a small amount of graham cracker crumbs on top of the cheesecake filling in each strawberry to mimic the crust of a cheesecake.
  5. Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
    • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
