Here’s a tasty recipe for Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups that’s sure to be a hit!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon (about 4-6 slices)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  3. Add Bacon and Cheese: Stir in the diced bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Prepare the Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Fill the Rollups: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll up tightly, starting from the wide end.
  6. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the rollups on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  7. Brush with Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with a little garlic powder. Brush the mixture over each rollup.
  8. Bake: Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the rollups are golden brown.
  9. Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm!

Tips:

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch or ketchup.
  • Feel free to add additional toppings like pickles or diced onions to the filling.
