Here’s a delicious recipe for Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with pasta. It’s a one-pot meal that’s perfect for a hearty dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz pasta (like rotini or penne)
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes (with juices)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Beef:
    • In the same pot, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add Veggies:
    • Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot with the beef. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Combine Ingredients:
    • Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Pasta:
    • Return the cooked pasta to the pot and mix everything together. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
  6. Add Cheese:
    • Remove the pot from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Serve:
    • If desired, stir in chopped pickles for an extra zing. Garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Enjoy your Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta! It’s comforting, cheesy, and full of flavor—perfect for a family meal.
