Here’s a 5-Minute Creamy Dessert that’s quick, easy, and absolutely delightful: No-Bake Cheesecake Mousse. It’s rich, creamy, and packed with flavor—perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth in a flash!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Whip the Cream:

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside.

2. Mix the Cream Cheese:

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

3. Combine:

  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Do this slowly to maintain the airy texture of the whipped cream, creating a fluffy, mousse-like consistency.

4. Serve:

  • Spoon the cheesecake mousse into small serving cups or bowls. Optionally, top with graham cracker crumbs for a cheesecake crust effect and garnish with fresh berries.

5. Chill (optional):

  • If you have more than 5 minutes, you can chill the mousse in the fridge for 15-20 minutes for a firmer texture, but it’s delicious as-is, too!

Tips:

  • You can also experiment by adding a spoonful of lemon curd or chocolate ganache on top for an extra flavor twist.
  • This dessert is easily customizable; feel free to add fruit, caramel sauce, or even crushed cookies as toppings.
