20-Minute Bread (Quick & Easy)

Posted on February 3, 2025

A 20-minute bread that’s quick, easy, and without flour sounds like a fun challenge! Here’s a simple recipe for a Low-Carb, Flourless “Bread” using almond flour and eggs, which you can whip up quickly:

Quick & Easy Almond Flour Bread (No Flour)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional, for added texture)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (helps with the texture)
  • Optional: a pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, or herbs for extra flavor

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, flaxseed (if using), baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients: eggs, olive oil (or butter), and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until well-mixed into a smooth batter. If you want to add any spices or herbs, now’s the time!
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

This bread has a slight nutty flavor, and it’s perfect for sandwiches, as a side, or just toasted with butter.

Does that sound like a good option for your quick bread craving?
