🥖 3-Ingredient Rolls
🕒 Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 20–25 min | Makes: 12 small rolls
Ingredients:
-
2 cups self-rising flour
-
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full fat preferred)
-
2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for brushing, optional)
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a muffin tin.
-
Mix dough:
In a bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Stir until a dough forms. It will be a bit sticky — that’s normal. Add the melted butter and mix until combined. -
Shape rolls:
Scoop out dough (about 2 tbsp per roll) and form into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet or into muffin tin wells. -
Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. -
Optional finish:
Brush with a bit more melted butter after baking for extra flavor and a soft crust.
✅ Tips:
-
No self-rising flour? Use:
2 cups all-purpose flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt -
Want a touch of sweetness? Add 1 tsp sugar or honey to the dough.
-
These rolls freeze well — just reheat in the oven or toaster.
