😋 Crack Chicken Casserole
This dish combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and gooey cheddar all baked together into a cozy, crowd-pleasing casserole. It’s called “crack chicken” because it’s so good, people find it hard to stop eating!
🧂 Ingredients

3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 2 tbsp homemade)

1 cup sour cream

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for meltiness)

1½ cups cooked pasta (e.g., elbow macaroni or rotini) – optional

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat Oven:

Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

Make the Filling:

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.

Stir in shredded chicken, 1 cup cheddar cheese, mozzarella (if using), and cooked pasta if including.

Fold in half of the crumbled bacon.
