🧂 Ingredients:

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar

1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles, drained (or use roasted fresh Hatch green chile if available)

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: 2 tbsp cream cheese for extra richness

Preheat Oven (if baking):
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). You can also do this stovetop if preferred. -
Make Garlic Butter:

In a small saucepan or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t let it brown).

Stir in onion powder, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
