π§ Ingredients (Makes one 9-inch pie)
For the Crust:

1Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs

ΒΌ cup sugar

6 tbsp butter, melted
For the Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
1 cup powdered sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or 1 cup whipped cream

Red & blue gel food coloring
Optional Garnish:

Whipped cream

Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries)

Star-shaped sprinkles

1. Make the crust:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.

Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing filling.
2. Prepare the filling:

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
3. Divide and color:

Separate the filling into 3 bowls:

White (leave plain)
-
Red (mix with a few drops red gel food coloring)

Blue (mix with blue gel food coloring)

4. Create the swirl:

Drop spoonfuls of each color randomly into the chilled pie crust.

Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the colors together β donβt overmix!
5. Chill:

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Overnight is best!
6. Decorate and serve:

Top with whipped cream, berries, or star sprinkles just before serving.
