🔥 Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole
📝 Ingredients (Serves 6–8):

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend), divided

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained

1 tsp taco seasoning
-
1 bag (9.75 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos, lightly crushed

Optional: Chopped green onions, cilantro, or jalapeños for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Mix the filling:
In a large bowl, combine:

Chicken

1 ½ cups cheese

Cream of chicken soup

Sour cream
-
Rotel tomatoes
-
Taco seasoning
Mix until well combined.
3. Layer the casserole:

Sprinkle half of the crushed Doritos into the bottom of the baking dish.

Spoon the chicken mixture over the chips and spread evenly.

Top with remaining Doritos and ½ cup cheese.
4. Bake:

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
