Here’s a tasty and guilt-friendly recipe for Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars — easy to whip up, no oven needed, and full of satisfying crunch and rich flavor!


🍫🥜 Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (use gluten-free if needed)

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

  • 1/3 cup honey or pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


Directions:

  1. Prep:
    Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Mix wet ingredients:
    In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

  3. Add dry ingredients:
    Stir in oats, crispy rice cereal, and a pinch of salt until fully coated.

  4. Press into pan:
    Transfer mixture into the prepared pan and press firmly and evenly.

  5. Melt chocolate:
    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

  6. Top and chill:
    Pour melted chocolate over the pressed mixture and spread evenly.

  7. Refrigerate:
    Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  8. Slice & serve:
    Lift out from the pan using parchment paper, cut into bars, and enjoy!


Tips:

  • Swap peanut butter for almond or sunflower seed butter if allergic.

  • Add a handful of chopped nuts, seeds, or dried fruit for extra texture.

  • Store bars in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
