🍫 Better Than Anything Bars
Ingredients:
Crust Layer

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 15 full sheets)

1/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
Caramel Layer

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup brown sugar

4 tbsp butter
-
Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Optional: Sea salt for topping or chopped nuts

1. Make the Crust

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar in a bowl until well combined.

Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
2. Make the Caramel Layer

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, butter, and salt.

Stir constantly until thick and golden (about 8–10 minutes).

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Pour over the baked crust and spread evenly.
3. Add the Chocolate Layer

Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the hot caramel.

Let them sit for 2–3 minutes to melt, then spread gently with a spatula until smooth.
4. Chill and Serve

Optional: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt or chopped nuts.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until firm.
