Jerk Lemon Pepper Salmon

Posted on October 1, 2023
Certainly! Jerk Lemon Pepper Salmon is a flavorful and zesty dish that combines the heat of jerk seasoning with the citrusy kick of lemon pepper. Here’s a simple recipe for you:Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  4. Brush the jerk lemon pepper mixture generously over each salmon fillet, making sure to coat them evenly on both sides.
  5. Allow the salmon to marinate for about 15-20 minutes to let the flavors penetrate.
  6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
  7. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  8. Garnish the jerk lemon pepper salmon with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley before serving.

This dish pairs well with rice, quinoa, or a side of roasted vegetables. Enjoy your delicious and spicy jerk lemon pepper salmon!
