Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients:
    • Add the melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in Cheese:
    • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  5. Form Biscuits:
    • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming biscuit shapes. You should get about 12 biscuits.
  6. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
