Ingredients:
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 4 cups cabbage, chopped
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add olive oil and sauté the sliced kielbasa sausage until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the sausage and set aside.
- Add the chopped onion to the Instant Pot and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
