Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for lobster:
Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter:
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Lobster Tails:
- Thaw the lobster tails if they are frozen. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top of the shell from the open end to the tail. Be sure not to cut through the tail meat.
- Gently lift the lobster meat from the shell, leaving it attached at the base of the tail. Place the meat on top of the shell and press the shell together underneath the meat.
- Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).
- Make the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Grill the Lobster Tails:
- Place the prepared lobster tails, shell side down, on the preheated grill.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes:
- Cook the lobster tails for about 5-7 minutes, depending on their size, until the meat is opaque and firm. Baste occasionally with the garlic butter mixture.
- Serve:
- Once the lobster tails are cooked through, remove them from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
- Brush with more garlic butter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with additional garlic butter on the side for dipping.
Enjoy your grilled lobster tails with friends and family! Feel free to adjust the seasonings and ingredients according to your taste preferences.
