Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dressing:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Prepare the Salad Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, red grapes, walnuts (or pecans), and dried cranberries (or raisins).
  3. Toss the Salad:
