Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Air Fried Corn on the Cob – crispy, tender, and perfect for a quick side dish!

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn (husked and cleaned)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Corn:
    • Brush the corn with olive oil or melted butter, ensuring all sides are coated.
    • Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
  3. Air Fry:
    • Place the corn cobs in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap (you may need to work in batches).
    • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking. The corn should turn golden and slightly crispy around the edges.
  4. Serve:
    • Remove the corn from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
    • Optionally, sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, brush with additional butter or a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
  • You can also add a little cayenne pepper or chili powder if you like some heat!

This air-fried corn is crispy, flavorful, and easy to make!
