Blueberry cheesecake rolls are a delightful treat! Here’s a recipe to make these delicious rolls:

Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Ingredients:

For the Rolls:

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or thawed frozen blueberries)
  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Optionally, add lemon zest for extra flavor.
  3. Assemble the Rolls:
    • Unroll the crescent roll dough into triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle, spreading it slightly.
    • Sprinkle a few blueberries over the cream cheese mixture on each triangle.
  4. Roll Up the Dough:
    • Starting from the wide end of each triangle, roll it up to encase the cream cheese and blueberries, forming a crescent roll shape.
  5. Bake:
    • Place the prepared rolls on the baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
  6. Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the blueberry cheesecake rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving.
    • Optionally, dust the rolls with powdered sugar for a finishing touch before serving.
