  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for depth)

  • Dash of hot sauce (optional, for kick)

For the Subs:

  • 4–6 hoagie rolls or sub buns

  • 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone

  • Butter, for toasting rolls (optional)
