Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

Posted on April 1, 2024
Chicken bubble biscuit bake casserole is a delicious and comforting dish that combines tender chicken, vegetables, and biscuits baked together in a creamy sauce. Here’s a simple recipe to make this flavorful casserole:Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, corn, and green beans), thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (such as Pillsbury Grands!® Biscuits)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or similar-sized casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, thawed mixed vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out into an even layer.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Arrange the biscuit quarters on top of the chicken and vegetable mixture in the baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter with a pinch of garlic powder and onion powder.
  6. Brush the melted butter mixture over the tops of the biscuit pieces.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through, and the casserole is bubbly and heated through.
  9. Once cooked, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish the chicken bubble biscuit bake casserole with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Enjoy this comforting and flavorful casserole as a hearty main dish for a family dinner or potluck gathering!
