Cream Cheese Cake

Here’s a rich, moist, and ultra-creamy Cream Cheese Cake recipe β€” perfect for when you want something decadent but not overly complicated.


🍰 Cream Cheese Cake (Cream Cheese Pound Cake Style)

Servings: 10–12
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 75–85 minutes
Total Time: ~1 hour 45 minutes


🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1Β½ cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

  • 3 cups granulated sugar

  • 6 large eggs

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 tsp almond extract or lemon zest for flavor variation


🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat to 300Β°F (150Β°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or large loaf pan.

  2. Cream Butter, Cream Cheese, and Sugar:
    In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese together until smooth and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and beat well, about 3–5 minutes.

  3. Add Eggs One at a Time:
    Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  4. Add Dry Ingredients & Flavoring:
    Slowly mix in flour and salt. Stir in vanilla (and almond extract or zest, if using).

  5. Bake:
    Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 75–85 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If browning too quickly on top, loosely tent with foil during the last 15–20 minutes.

  6. Cool:
    Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Dust with powdered sugar

  • Top with fresh berries and whipped cream

  • Drizzle with lemon glaze or chocolate ganache

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
