🥩 Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake
🥔 Ingredients:

1.5 to 2 lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)

2 lbs baby potatoes or russet potatoes (cubed)

1 medium onion, chopped

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
-
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

½ cup sour cream (for serving)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Prep Ingredients:

Wash and cube the potatoes (no need to peel unless you prefer).

In a bowl, toss steak cubes and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Layer in Crockpot:

Add half the steak and potato mixture.

Sprinkle on half the chopped onions, cheese, and bacon.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients, ending with cheese and bacon on top.

Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3.5–4.5 hours, until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked through.
