π Ingredients:

2 lbs sirloin steak (or chuck roast, ribeye, or stew meat), cut into bite-sized cubes

1 tbsp olive oil (for searing β optional but recommended)

4 tbsp butter, cut into pieces

5 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 tsp dried thyme
-
1/2 cup beef broth
-
Optional: red pepper flakes for a kick
π² Instructions:
1. Sear (Optional but Recommended)

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steak bites in batches just until browned (1β2 min per side).
This locks in flavor but can be skipped if short on time.
2. Add to Crockpot

Place seared steak bites into the crockpot.

Top with butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.

Pour beef broth over everything.
3. Cook

Cover and cook on:

Low for 6β7 hours (best for tenderness), or

High for 3β4 hours.

4. Serve

Stir before serving to coat bites in buttery garlic sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
