Posted on December 21, 2024
Here’s a simple and delicious 2-Ingredient Dessert idea: Chocolate-Dipped Fruit! It’s quick, easy, and a satisfying treat.

Chocolate-Dipped Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of dark or milk chocolate chips (or any chocolate you prefer)
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, or apple slices)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the Chocolate:
    • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully melted and smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stovetop.
  2. Dip the Fruit:
    • Wash and dry the fruit thoroughly. For strawberries, leave the green stems on for easy dipping.
    • Dip the fruit into the melted chocolate, covering it halfway or as much as you prefer.
  3. Set and Serve:
    • Place the dipped fruit on a sheet of wax or parchment paper. Allow the chocolate to set by letting it cool at room temperature or refrigerating it for a few minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
    • Once the chocolate is set, enjoy your simple and sweet 2-ingredient dessert!

Variations:

  • Frozen Banana Bites: Slice bananas into rounds and dip each slice into the chocolate. Freeze for a delicious frozen treat.
  • Add Toppings: Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or sea salt on top of the chocolate before it sets for extra flavor.

This Chocolate-Dipped Fruit is a perfect sweet snack that’s quick to make and requires just two ingredients!
