EASY CREPES RECIPE

Certainly! Here’s a simple crepe recipe for you:Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar (if using), vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Let it rest for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with butter or oil.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the heated skillet, swirling the pan immediately to spread the batter thinly and evenly across the bottom.
  4. Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to slightly brown and lift away from the pan. Gently flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side until lightly golden.
  5. Remove the cooked crepe from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan lightly between each crepe.
  6. Serve the crepes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, Nutella, jam, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
