  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Layer the Ingredients:
    • Start by spooning a layer of Greek yogurt into a glass or bowl, about 1/3 of the way up.
  2. Add Granola:
    • Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt. This adds crunch and texture to the parfait.
  3. Add Fresh Berries:
    • Arrange a layer of fresh berries over the granola. You can use a single type of berry or a mix for variety.
  4. Repeat Layers:
    • Repeat the layers of yogurt, granola, and berries until you reach the top of the glass or bowl. End with a final layer of yogurt on top.
  5. Drizzle with Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional):
    • If you prefer a sweeter parfait, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer of yogurt.
  6. Garnish:
    • Sprinkle chopped nuts over the parfait for added crunch and protein.
