FRUIT SALAD TO DIE FOR

“Fruit Salad to Die For” is a delightful and versatile dish that often combines a variety of fresh fruits with a sweet dressing. Here’s a simple and delicious recipe:Ingredients:

For the Fruit Salad:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups green grapes, halved
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups sliced kiwi
  • 2 cups mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced (add just before serving to prevent browning)

For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruit:
    • Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Cut, slice, and prepare them as specified in the ingredients list.
    • If using bananas, slice them right before serving to prevent browning.
  2. Make the Dressing:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, and ground cinnamon (if using). Ensure the honey is well mixed and not clumpy.
  3. Assemble the Fruit Salad:
