Garlic toast bacon cheese burger

Making a garlic toast bacon cheeseburger is a delicious way to elevate a classic burger. Here’s how you can prepare it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite cheese)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic with the melted butter.
  5. Cut the hamburger buns in half and brush the cut sides with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Place the hamburger buns on the grill, cut side down, and toast them until golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the grill and set aside.
  7. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of each burger patty to melt.
  8. Assemble the burgers by placing a burger patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each garlic toast bun.
  9. Top each burger patty with a slice of cooked bacon.
  10. Add your favorite burger toppings such as lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise.
  11. Place the top half of the garlic toast bun on top of the toppings to complete the burger.
  12. Serve the garlic toast bacon cheeseburgers immediately with your favorite side dishes.
