Homemade air fryer Garlic Buns

Posted on February 24, 2024
Making homemade garlic buns in the air fryer is a quick and easy way to enjoy delicious and flavorful bread. Here’s a simple recipe to make garlic buns in the air fryer:

Ingredients:

  • 4 small to medium-sized buns or rolls (such as ciabatta or French bread)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for a few minutes.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Slice the buns or rolls in half horizontally, keeping them intact.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of each bun.
  5. Place the garlic buttered buns in the air fryer basket, cut side up. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Air fry the buns at 350°F (180°C) for 4-6 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  7. Keep an eye on the buns while they are air frying to prevent them from burning.
  8. Once done, remove the garlic buns from the air fryer and serve them warm.
  9. Optionally, sprinkle additional chopped parsley on top for garnish before serving.
  10. Enjoy your homemade air fryer garlic buns as a delicious side dish or accompaniment to soups, salads, pasta, or your favorite main courses.

These garlic buns are simple to make and packed with flavor. They’re perfect for serving at parties, gatherings, or as a tasty snack. Adjust the amount of garlic and butter according to your taste preferences.
