Hot spinach artichoke dip is a creamy and flavorful appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game days, or gatherings. Here’s a simple recipe to make this delicious dip:

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the spinach artichoke mixture to the prepared baking dish or skillet, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  5. Once cooked, remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Serve the hot spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips, pita chips, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
