Juicy mayo parmesan chicken is a simple and flavorful dish that combines the tanginess of mayonnaise with the richness of Parmesan cheese to create tender and juicy chicken breasts. Here’s a recipe to make this delicious chicken dish:Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (such as oregano, basil, and thyme)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken breasts in a single layer.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, and paprika until well combined.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spoon the mayo parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, spreading it out to coat the surface.
  6. Bake the chicken breasts in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
