🐷 Liver Cheese Chips

Ingredients:

6–8 slices of liver cheese (Leberkäse) – about ⅛ inch thick

Optional: Black pepper, garlic powder, or smoked paprika
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Slice liver cheese:
If it’s a block, slice it thin (about ⅛ inch or thinner) into chip-size pieces. If pre-sliced, you’re good to go. -
Arrange on baking sheet:
Place slices in a single layer with a bit of space between them. -
Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Watch closely — they should be golden brown and crisp on the edges. You want a chip-like texture. -
Cool:
Let them cool on a wire rack — they’ll crisp up more as they cool. -
Optional seasoning:
Sprinkle with seasonings immediately after baking, if desired.
