1½ lbs pork tenderloin, trimmed

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh rosemary or ½ tsp dried

1 tsp fresh thyme or ½ tsp dried

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Optional: 1 tbsp honey (for a touch of sweetness)

🔪 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

In a small bowl, mix:

Rub the mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
