🦐🦀 Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Bake
A creamy seafood pasta bake featuring tender shrimp, sweet crab, and a homemade Alfredo sauce topped with melty cheese and baked to perfection.
📝 Ingredients
Seafood & Pasta:

8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

1/2 lb lump crab meat (real or high-quality imitation)

Salt & pepper to taste

1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional, for extra seafood flavor)
Homemade Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Salt & pepper to taste

Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
For the Bake:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan (for topping)

Chopped parsley (for garnish)
🍳 Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook Shrimp:

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Old Bay (if using). Sauté 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked. Set aside.

Make Alfredo Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.

Pour in cream, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
