Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed (or your favorite cheese)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Biscuits:

  • Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit with your fingers into a small disk.

3. Add Cheese:

  • Place a cube of mozzarella cheese (or your preferred cheese) in the center of each biscuit.
  • Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese and pinch them together to form a sealed ball.

4. Make Garlic Butter:

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, and garlic powder.

5. Brush and Bake:

  • Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
  • Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and puffed up.

6. Garnish and Serve:
