Certainly! Here’s a simple and rich corn casserole recipe:Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15.25 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.75 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8.5 ounces) cornbread mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish, such as a 9×9-inch dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the cornbread mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. If desired, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
