Here’s a recipe for Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs with a cheesy twist:

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pounds beef ribs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season the beef ribs generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the ribs in the slow cooker.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, sliced onion, and minced garlic. Pour the mixture over the beef ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook the beef ribs on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bones.
  5. Once the beef ribs are cooked, preheat your oven to broil setting.
  6. Carefully remove the beef ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef ribs.
  8. Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove the beef ribs from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
