A Zero Points Macaroni Salad (often inspired by Weight Watchers’ Zero Point guidelines) is a light and healthy version of traditional macaroni salad, made with low-calorie or zero-point ingredients. While pasta itself usually isn’t zero points, you can substitute it with alternatives like hearts of palm pasta, konjac noodles, or zucchini noodles (zoodles) to keep the whole dish at zero points.
